(3) Credit Card Cardholder Authorization:
The secretary will forward a credit card cardholder authorization form to you after successful registration. You can fill it and send back to the secretary of Taiwan Society of Ultrasound in Medicine.
Refund policy:
You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the course date by emailing us at sophysumroc@gmail.com. We will make a full refund of the course fees after deducting a $ 100.00 US dollars of administration fee. After this point, if you cancel or are unable to attend a course for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
